Kristin Reid

Yoga Teacher

Kristin has been practicing yoga for the past 10 years. She began her teaching journey in 2017 by completing her 200hr training with Mothership Yoga. She is also a Personal Trainer, Health Coach, Pre/Postnatal Coach, and Functional Training specialist. For the past 5 years Kristin has been working with new moms and moms to be by providing them with movement, lifestyle, and mindfulness practices that support this very special season of life.

The combination of Kristin's trainings and experiences allows her to bring together wellness lifestyle practices with the power of yoga in a way that offers you support in body, mind, and heart. Yoga is an endless journey that is full of insight and beauty. It allows you to open up to yourself again and again. Finding love and acceptance for who you are on and off your mat is Kristin’s true passion.
