Asana Lab

This 60-minute class uses various props, depending on the practice, it could be two blocks, sliders, a strap, one or two blankets, and the wall. These will be announced in advance of each class.

This alignment-specific practice enables us to explore poses longer (and safely) for optimal mind/body benefits, using playfulness and curiosity.

This class is the jumping off point for the rest of our week. The focus of the class will be found in the each of the classes that follow. We may explore twists, back bends, a peak pose, shoulders, hips, the spine...you name it!

Ashtanga Remixed

A combination of the Ashtanga Primary Series asana including opening, standing, seated and closing postures. The same sequence will run for 1 week with a new combination of poses beginning the next week. This practice is designed so you have something to relax into-knowing where you will be going in your practice each week.

This is a Karma Class, which means it is donation based. Please bring cash and a minimum of $5.00.

Each month 50% of the money collected from this practice will go to charity.

Yang/Yin Yoga provides the benefits of a balanced practice of Yang and Yin styles of yoga.

This 60 minute class will start with a more active and dynamic Yang practice to energize and strengthen the body. The Yin style of long-held passive poses will open the body to more flexibility and quiet the mind to close your practice.

Please bring your blocks and a blanket-a bolster if you have one!
